Coach374 is a small team. Every support email lands in Moose's inbox — the same person who built the product. That means no scripts, no tier-2 escalation queue, and a response that's usually a fix or an explanation, not a canned acknowledgement.

Inside the app

Tap the Feedback pill.

Every screen has a floating Feedback button in the bottom-right. Bug reports, feature ideas, "I'm confused" — it all goes to the same triage queue we review every weekday. Your current page, browser, and screen size are attached automatically so we can reproduce.

Sign-in code didn't arrive

Check spam first — codes come from noreply@coach374.app via Resend and occasionally trip aggressive filters. Codes expire after one hour. If you still don't see it after a minute, hit Resend code on the login screen. Three failed attempts in five minutes and we'll lock you out for a bit — wait ten minutes and try again, or email us.

Subscription or billing question

Open Settings → Billing and tap Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal. From there you can update payment method, change plan, view invoices, or cancel. For anything Stripe can't show you (refunds, comped upgrades, lifetime questions), email us with the email on your subscription.

My plan or workout looks wrong

The AI Coach interview at onboarding generated your plan. If something feels off — too much volume, wrong exercises, schedule doesn't fit — open your next weekly review (or trigger one manually from /coach) and ask Coach to adjust it. Coach proposes specific changes you approve one at a time; the plan adapts without losing your history.

Lost data or accidentally deleted something

Most logs are recoverable. Weigh-ins, meals, workouts, and supplement intake are stored per-row and we keep a 7-day point-in-time database backup. Email us within a week with the date range and roughly what you lost and we'll restore from the snapshot.

Account deletion or data export

Both live at Settings → Your data. Export is a one-click download of everything we have on you (profile, logs, photos, AI plans, health data) as a JSON archive. Deletion is permanent — takes effect within 24 hours, removes your auth user, profile, and every linked row via cascade. We do not keep "soft-deleted" copies for marketing or analytics.

Push notifications not arriving

On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Coach374 → enable. On Android: Settings → Apps → Coach374 → Notifications. In-app, check Settings → Notifications to confirm your wake / meal / bed times are set — nudges fire relative to those, not on a fixed clock. If the times look right and you're still getting nothing, email us with your device + OS version.

Health-platform data not syncing

Check Settings → Devices — each connected provider (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Google Fit) shows a status and last sync time. If status is "error" or "expired," disconnect and reconnect. If "connected" but last sync is stale, the provider's API is rate-limiting or down — usually resolves itself within an hour.

Coach374 is a fitness self-tracking tool. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, and the AI Coach is not a medical provider. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. If something doesn't feel right — chest pain during a lift, a recurring injury, anything off — see a real clinician before you take advice from us.
